Internship Design2Gather

During my first internship I worked at Design2Gather. Design2Gather is a design company located in Eindhoven and China. They are focused on creating innovative designs that are ready for mass production. The final user and the product's market are the primary areas of concentration during projects. Products must be unique and distinctive.

The main project I worked on was the TekenToverKist. The TekenToverKist is placed in restaurants or waiting rooms. Children can make a drawing the TekenToverKist will scan it and bring it to life on the display. There was a prototype ready when I began the project. The challenge for me was to make the product ready for mass production. It was important to keep safety, usability and interaction in mind while designing this product.
